Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes and we're proud of it! All Elevn jewelry is made from 316L Stainless Steel, one of the most skin-friendly materials out there. It's completely nickel-safe and won't cause any irritation, redness, or allergic reactions — even for the most sensitive skin.

On top of that, we use an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating process that's ten times stronger than standard coatings. This not only keeps your jewelry looking fresh and shiny for years, but also adds an extra layer of protection between the metal and your skin.

So whether you wear it during workouts, in the shower, or all day every day. Your skin is safe. No green marks, no irritation, no stress. Just clean, quality jewelry that lasts.

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! We keep you in the loop every step of the way. As soon as your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email straight to your inbox. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you'll get a second email with your personal tracking number, so you always know exactly where your order is.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your MIRELN jewellery, no questions asked. That's why we offer full refunds if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and show no signs of wear. All original packaging must also be included when sending it back. Once we receive your return and confirm everything is in order, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.
